E&S Home Care Solutions is a licensed home care agency providing affordable quality care. Our experienced staff of Registered Nurses and Home Health Aides deliver personalized patient care to adults whose independence is limited.

E&S Home Care Solutions collaborates with a variety of health care professionals to ensure the highest quality of services. As a committed provider to advancing patient’s care, E&S Home Care Solutions continues to raise the standard through staff training, technology, new policies and better practice.

Services:

Personal Care:

• Follows care plan as set forth by Registered Nurse Supervisor.
• Prepares and serves meals according to client’s dietary needs and assists clients with feeding if so needed.
• Provides a safe environment for the client.
• Assists client with ambulation and with transfers from bed to chair or wheelchair. (Registered Nurse Supervisor will assess transfers for both client and employee safety.)
• Remind client to take medications
• Helps with client’s personal grooming including: care of hair, teeth and mouth, dressing, shaving and nail care.
• Provides or assists with full or partial bath in the tub/shower or the bed.
• Assists patients with bathing, dressing, toileting, ambulation, physical exercises, light housekeeping and more.
• Our Aides facilitate activities of daily living under the supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse. All caregivers are bonded and insured for your protection.

Aide performs household tasks essential to the client’s health such as:

• Takes care of all personal laundry and bed linens for client.
• Makes and changes the bed.
• Cleans up bathroom and kitchen after use.
• Client’s room will be kept clean. This will include dusting and vacuuming.
• Grocery shopping assistance.

• Accompanies client to medical appointments or social gatherings when necessary.
• Provides socialization and support for the client by establishing rapport.
• An individual plan of care is designed for the patient by a New Jersey licensed Registered Professional Nurse (R.N.) based on medical assessment and patient’s need and desires. The Plan of Care addresses medical, physical, social and emotional aspects of patient’s needs.
• E&S Home care Solutions diverse staff guarantees a quality services to the non-English speakers, E&S’s employees can speak English, Spanish, Polish, Russian, French and Arabic.

Caregivers keep simple records related to the care plan. These records are monitored by the Registered Nurse Supervisor.

For safety reasons, Caregivers are not allowed to leave the client alone. Therefore, the client must make arrangements for grocery shopping and other errands if needed.

Labor laws require that the Live In Aide have sleep time, meal time and free time. Room and board is the responsibility of the client as part of the service. Additional work, if required, may result in additional charges.

Want to Become a Certified Home Health Aide?

It’s easy to become a New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide. E&S Home care Solutions offers homemaker home health aide training that has been approved by the New Jersey Board of Nursing and gives students an opportunity for possible employment with E&S Home care Solutions.

Training Overview:
• Offered in both English and Spanish
• Repeats monthly; 2-3 weeks
• Morning and evening class times

After the completion of the training and approval from the NJ Board of Nursing, the students receive a certification from the Board of Nursing which will permit them to work in the State of New Jersey as a Certified Home Health Aide.
As soon as two weeks after you have completed the training, E&S Home Care Solutions makes available employment opportunities to qualified candidates. Once hired, additional training is available to E&S’ employees at no extra charge.
